A Murderer from a Previous Episode

A guy who was basically allowed to leave the country in an earlier episode comes back when his father and sister are kidnapped by guys he knew in the military. This leads to Don doing some pretty dramatic stuff, beyond the accepted policies of the FBI. Alan an Bill Nye, the Science Guy, started burning corn as fuel.
