  Sokka : Zuko, stop moving. I'm trying to capture the moment. I wanted to do a painting, so we always remember the good times together.

  Katara : That's very thoughtful of you, Sokka. Wait, why did you give me Momo's ears?

  Sokka : Those are your hair loopies.

  Prince Zuko : At least you don't look like a boar-q-pine. My hair is not that spiky.

  Mai : I look like a man.

  Suki : And why did you paint me Firebending?

  Sokka : I thought it looked more exciting that way.

  [Momo chitters] 

  Sokka : Oh, you think you can do a better job, Momo?

  Uncle Iroh : Hey, my belly's not that big anymore. I really trimmed down.

  Toph : Well, I think you all look perfect.

• Prince Zuko : I can't believe a year ago my purpose in life was hunting you down, and now...

  Aang : And now we're friends.

  Prince Zuko : Yeah, we are friends.

  Aang : I can't believe a year ago I was still frozen in a block of ice. The world's so different now.

  Prince Zuko : And it's gonna be even more different. We'll rebuild it together.

• Ozai : [in a dark cell, fuming]  I should count myself lucky. The new Fire Lord has graced me with his presence in my lowly prison cell.

  Prince Zuko : You should count yourself lucky that the Avatar spared your life... Banishing me was the best thing you could've done for my life. It put me on the right path. Perhaps your time in here can do the same for you.

• Prince Zuko : [after Katara heals him from Azula's lightning]  Thank you, Katara.

  Katara : [tears running down her face]  I think I'm the one who should be thanking you.

• Prince Zuko : Today, this war is finally over.

  [Everyone cheers] 

  Prince Zuko : I promised my uncle that I would restore the honor of the Fire Nation, and I will. The road ahead of us is challenging. A hundred years of fighting has left the world scarred and divided, but with the Avatar's help, we can get it back on the right path and begin a new era of love and peace.

  [Zuko bows down. The High Sage crowns Zuko] 

  High Sage : All hail Fire Lord Zuko!

• Mai : [from the doorway]  You need some help with that?

  Prince Zuko : [turning, embracing her]  Mai, you're okay! They let you out of prison?

  Mai : [tying Zuko's robes]  My uncle pulled some strings. And it doesn't hurt when the new Fire Lord's your boyfriend.

  Prince Zuko : So does this mean you don't hate me anymore?

  Mai : I think it means, I actually kind of like you.

  [they kiss] 

  Mai : [sternly]  ... but don't *ever* break up with me again!

• Azula : [fighting Katara]  I'd really rather our family physician look after Little Zuzu if you don't mind.

  [shoots lightning and fire at her from the roof of a building. Katara dodges them and hides behind a column; to Zuko] 

  Azula : Zuzu, you don't look so good!

  [she shoots at Katara again. Katara manages to dodge her blast and moves behind another column. She blasts water at Azula, but she's moved. She suddenly appears behind Katara, who flees on an ice slide while Azula chases her. Katara takes refuge in a secluded area and trips on a grate. She notices flowing water beneath it and chains hanging from the wall and gets an idea. Azula slowly approaches her] 

  Azula : There you are, filthy peasant!

  [Katara and Azula glare at each other with extreme contempt. Katara shoots water tendrils at Azula, who dodges and steps onto the grate. Just as she's about to shoot lightning, Katara freezes the water from the grate around them. Katara melts the water around her and uses the chain to fasten Azula's arms to the grate, them bends the water back into the grate. After tightening the chains, Katara runs over to Zuko, who's laying unconscious in the middle of the temple. She then uses her powers to heal him. He slowly opens his eyes] 

  Prince Zuko : Thank you, Katara.

  Katara : [teary-eyed]  I think I'm the one who should be thanking you.

  [Azula watches the scene while panting angrily. She begins to scream while breathing fire through her mouth and twisting and writhing. Finally, she falls onto her side and begins to sob uncontrollably. Zuko and Katara look on in both sadness and pity at what she's become]
