Quite nice, especially for a german movie

Usually, I am not a big fan of my country when it comes to movies. The gros of actors are mediocre at best (glaring at Til Schweiger), the stories tend to be boring and unoriginal, and special effects are mostly cheap.

With this movie, the story is a 08/15 time loop one, which would still count as unoriginal, special effects are nonexistent, but at least the actors are all pretty good (especially Edin Hasanovic did it for me). While this sounds like a below average summary, why did I still like it?

Well, I have to admit that I am a big fan of the time loop genre. This is somewhat like the 16th such movie I´ve seen, so my opinion might be biased. But at the end, I really just enjoyed the time spent watching this movie. If you want mind boggling plot twists, explosions and car chases all over the place, non-stop jokes or billion dollar CGI, avoid this. If you are looking for a charming and amusing movie to watch after work, this will do the trick. 6,5/10.

Not recommend for fiction fans!

When I came across this I said to mi self "I must watch that", otherwise I'm a fan of movies like "Groundhog day" and similar. In fact, this theme of endless day is interesting to me. I thought that there was no way to destroy theme like that, but I was wrong. The film is not a total failure, but considering its core (repetition of the day) it is extremely uninteresting, the acting is below average, the story is generally boring and overly romantically forced. It presents itself as a comedy but there are actually no comic scenes to fall into that profile. Lower your expectations for this movie because it's not the "endless day" movie we are used to....

A nice surprise. Very charming and clever. A smart romantic comedy, a fresh variation on Groundhog Day or Palm Springs. Excellent soundtrack. Good actors. Highly recommended, especially when you feel sad or depressed.

Loved this movie because the protagonist grows throughout the movie. It takes you to unexpected scenes. It is similar to Groundhog Day and Run, Lola, Run in that everyday Zazia, our protagonist, wakes up and relives every day as she tries to save her best friend from kindergarten from marrying a mutual friend.

Throughout this adventure, Zazia keeps waking up to her friend's wedding, yet she discovers a little bit more about herself and her friend's and family's motivations.

It is a sweet film with a great cast. Loved it throughout. The music throughout the movie is American.

a nice variation of Groundhog Day movie

I liked this German comedy, funny and touching, quite well paced and using the theme of an endless day (theme present in several recent films) in a nice way, the actors and their characters are endearing, a nice moment .

Going places ... the same ones, but ....

No pun intended - also you know the saying: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. Well our main character here kind of does that. I mean not exactly the same thing(s), but with the same goal. Still as you can see, I like what the movie and the actors are doing. I have said this myself a few times: not bad for a german movie. Maybe I should stop saying/writing that.

It is a real fun movie. Yes you know the drill, you know more or less what is going to happen (hello again or whatever you say to a groundhog) - but the actors really make it look fresh and they make it work. So if you suspend your disbelief and just go with the flow, there are some things to explore. No matter if the goal is clearer for the viewer than for the main character ... hey it happens.
