This is one of the strangest and most original short films I have ever seen. Fortunately, it is also very funny (in a very dry way) and is amazing since these amateur film makers (Dan Beers, Peter Karinen, and Brian Sacca) were able to get Bill Murray to appear in the film as well!
The film begins with Karinen and Sacca as secret agent-like guys who work as fact checkers. You never really know for whom they do this but it's funny to see them behaving so deadly serious about a rather low level job. I also loved the little bit about Alex Trebek--I don't want to say more because it will ruin the joke.
The pair are given some facts to check and one of them stumps them--"does Bill Murray drink a glass of warm milk before bed?". So instead of just calling Murray or his publicist, they go undercover--and actually break into Murray's loft--dressed like ninja-like thieves! What makes this so funny is Murray's bizarre reaction to the break-in.
The film is filled with hilarious but rather dry humor. I loved its style and was amazed that such inexperienced film made such a memorable and cute film. Excellent in every way--see this film.
