- About halfway through the movie, Nickels is by himself in a room and sees a woman. From a distance, it shows her completely nude in a side view and then as Nickels starts towards her, it shows her full topless for a few seconds before she turns around showing her buttocks for a brief moment. No sex in the movie.
- There is a scene where two women kiss passionately for several seconds. One woman moves down the other's neck to suck and lick an oozing, open sore in a sexually suggestive manner.

- There is lots of violence in the movie including shooting people numerous times. Lots of blood is shown throughout the movie on the walls, dead corpses, and when people are shot, stabbed, or blown up. It shows boils on the skin of people who get infected including their faces, arms, hands, and torsos. The infected can shoot black slime onto people infecting them.
