Patty needs to subpoena Danielle Marchetti but she can't find her. That's because Joe Tobin and Leonard Winstone have her holed up in her house. After Joe struck her with his car, she is suffering from a concussion. They need to get her out of the country, but Patty has intervened, and things are getting tense. Joe apparently has a past where he had to go into rehab. He and Danielle actually had a relationship but she moved on to dear old Dad. The episode ends with a trip to the airport that proves eventful. A second story is Tom having to tell his wife's parents that he has basically bankrupted them. And, finally, Ellen's sister is visiting the family. She has a new baby but there is great unhappiness in her. Ellen's father is really abusive the sister. Ellen makes a discovery and makes a phone call as the episode ends.
