- Two teenagers run from the Creeper and he launches a spear that sticks the two of them together to a tree
- Blood is sprayed on a truck window when the Creeper attacks someone offscreen.
- The Creeper is struck in the head with one of his own traps from his trucks. A spike impales his head and one of his eye pops out
- One of the characters, Mickey is killed when he attempts to shoot the Creeper's truck and the bullets ricochet off and hit him and the driver, Jackie
- Sheriff Teshtago is killed when the Creeper jumps in the air and lands on top of him. We see the Creeper stand up and walk away. As he does, he sticks his hand out and we see Teshtagos body lift up with the Creeper's Axe lodged in his face
- One man is hauled away at the beginning of the film and we assume the Creeper kills him.
- The final teenager is attacked in the air and hauled off his dirt bike when the Creeper gets his scent. We assume the Creeper kills him
- A police officer who reaches into the back of the creepers van has his arm impaled by it's security device (At the beginning of the movie).
- A teen gets impaled by a spear through his leg, the spear is attached to wires which drag the boy to the creepers van.
- A women get her finger cut off
- A man shoots herself in the head

- About 5 f-bombs and 4 s-words. There are multiple uses of goddamn and hell as well as occasional uses of bitch, ass, and damn

- Most of the movie is intense and the tension is high. Multiple characters are trying to kill a winged immortal beast that waste's no time attacking back. Several people are hauled away in the air to theirs deaths. The Creeper's presence is very menacing and could upset younger viewers as he is portrayed as a sinister and dangerous beast that kills and eats people.
