- A couple of nerds tell a cop that they banged the female car thief; the two are actually liars, and they pester a bunch of women that come near them.
- Explicit male and female full frontal and brief female rear nudity shown several times throughout the movie for extended periods of time. Very near the beginning of the film a character has a dream he is receiving sexual favors (i.e Felatio) from an unseen woman. Though there is no nudity and the woman is not fully seen the act is made clear by movements under the covers as well as the characters reaction. Later a character slips over his underwear and several other characters decipher the events that have occurred and look at him judgmentally.
- The Primary character's younger brother is only 14 years old, and has a sexual relationship with a girl who is presumably 18; this is heavily implied when he asks his older brother to smell his fingers, who after doing so questions if he "got the right hole."
- The protagonist buys several condoms after being told by a girl he talks to online that she will engage in sexual intercourse with him. He is caught examining one of the condoms by another character, who he then accidentally flicks the condom at.
- The protagonist becomes sexually aroused upon seeing the bare breasts of several women; an erection is shown, but covered up by the trouseres he's wearing.
- A girl reveals to the main character she intended to perform felatio on him.
- An older man sits with his testicles hanging out of his shorts--the prolonged clear view happens twice in film (prosthetics used).
- One important character has a large sexual appetite and is shown having sexual intercourse with a girl in one scene; The nature of the act is very agressive but no nudity is actually shown.
- A character is handcuffed to a bed naked (no genitalia exhibited) after engaging in several sexual acts with another woman, it's then heavily implied she intends to perform a scatological sex act on him as she stands upright and faces him from behind pulling her underwear down, the character flees before the event actually occurs.
- Two men and a woman urinate into the car's radiator. While the woman in crouched over the engine, a young child photographs this and moments later the picture is shown on a website known as "leaking ladies" but her genitalia blacked out.
- In the unrated version, the film begins with the writers/directors talking to the audience about how more nudity will be shown. While talking, the man on the right has a naked woman (full frontal) by his side as an example of their use of nudity. The man on the left has a naked man (full frontal) by his side as an example of their use of nudity.
- In the unrated version, completely naked women walk by the camera in the background from time to time throughout the movie. These characters have no bearing whatsoever on the rest of the movie -- in the intro, the director said this version would have an extra heavy dose of gratuitous nudity, and he meant it!

- Rex arrives at the motel Ian is staying at and he beats him up for stealing his car. He throws him across the room and twists his nipples hard. The scene is comedic.
- There is use of a gun being shot during a hotel scene (towards the end of the movie).

- When Ian gets carjacked and robbed of his clothes by the girl he met online and her boyfriend, it can be frightening. Ian is seen later wearing his donut costume and obtains the boyfriend's gun and shoots him in the leg.
