- The main character 'Tony', is clearly insane does things like talk to dead bodies, scream at himself in the mirror and hear voices which may scare or upset viewers.
- Tony seems to show signs of being abused as a child (maybe even sexually) which may upset people.
- The kills are very realistic and may be found disturbing.
