The illustrated alien prominently displayed on the DVD package does not appear anywhere in the film (and does not even resemble of the animation style).
Multiple characters describe a prison sentence in terms of a number of light years. A "light year" is a unit of distance, not a unit of time.
Squeak uses radar to quickly locate a ship two light years away. This is physically impossible. Radar uses electromagnetic waves that travel, at most, the speed of light and bounce off an object back to the transmitter. Even assuming one has a system sensitive enough to detect a bounced wave at that distance, it would take a minimum of four years to receive that signal.
The credits end with "NO ANIMALS WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS MOTION PICTURE." This was a 100% animated film involving zero animals.
