I really don't love this episode. I can take it, or I can leave it. It's interesting, but it doesn't keep me totally entertained.
In this episode, Stan's nemesis, whom is also a Soviet rival, moves in across the street, and you can be sure that he is not happy about it. Anyway, this rival is trying to turn Steve into a Communist, but it doesn't end well. Meanwhile, Roger, and Klaus take a vacation in Europe. What is more ridiculous than an alien, and a talking fish going on vacation?

Best part of the episode: Roger, and Klaus.
Worst part of the episode: Communism.
Overall, I give this episode a 5 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Okay.
