Touching scenery from a small minors town in the north of Sweden
annikasimms17 June 2011
I very much liked this film about three women in a cold and bare mining town in the north of Sweden with a very rough an manly culture. The mine is the pulsing centre of the small town and the workplace for almost everybody. The three women is of different age but know each other through a band where they are singing together which make me think of the old irish working movie The commitments. One of them is a very talented sing song writer, working as a cleaning woman and far away from getting any acknowledge.

They have their dreams and goals to carry on with and find their ways through life despite a very poor surrounding. I think Swedish people will recognise a lot in this film, very close to everyday life if you recognise it.
