(at around 1h 55 mins) When Peter 1 (Tom Holland) is fighting Goblin on the Statue of Liberty shield, Peter lands a massive blow on the ground and leaves a dent, in the next shot the massive dent is gone.
(at around 1h 35 mins) When Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield are talking about their Peter Parker love lives, Garfield's hands change positions back and forth on the antidote in between cuts.
(at around 1h 40 mins) Before the final battle, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield are talking about how Electro got his powers. Maguire mentions his back pains and leans back on the railing; his hand switches from his chest to holding the railing next to him between multiple shots.
(at around 38 mins) The wrinkles on Peter's blue shirt when he is in the basement and the crypt (some shots, the shirt is very wrinkled, some others it is ironed).
(at around 30 mins) During the bridge fight scene between Dr. Octopus and Spider-Man, a light blue Nissan Altima is destroyed by one of Dr. Octopus' arms, but the same car is later thrown by Dr. Octopus and destroyed again.
When Peter is fighting Norman Osborn they are repeatedly knocking each other through the floors of the balconies and hallways. It seems in every case where the holes can be seen, that there are no reinforcing bars in the floor or balcony slabs. Which would make this expensive condo building structurally unsound.
Green Goblin has traveled across the parallel worlds with what seems to be dozens of green bombs. There is no way he had the access to the necessary production facilities or materials to manufacture the bombs in this reality.
However, both the Sam Raimi films and the battle at the Statue of Liberty show that the glider is capable of concealing and storing many bombs.

(at around 32 mins) When Doctor Octopus tries to stab Peter and the nanotech suit stops it, it leaves a hole in the suit. But there is a single slot where his suit is intact, only for it to later go back to being torn for the rest of the film. However, the nanomachines that comprise Peter's suit can redistribute themselves to fill in gaps or missing pieces until the missing portion is returned, as it happens several times in the film.
The fight between the villains and 3 Spider-Mans starts at pitch black at the Statue of Liberty. Towards the end, when Electro is cured, it is still black. However, by the time Peter 1 has cured Norman, the sky has brightened significantly, like a sunrise. Also, by the time Peter 1 and MJ are kissing, the sky is even brighter. This is because of the other universes intruding on this one, the light from the breaks in reality looking much like sunlight.
Doctor Strange says that all of the villains' have one thing in common: they died fighting a version of Spider-Man. This does not explain Flint Marko (Sandman) nor Curt Connors (Lizard), as they didn't die in Spider-Man 3 (2007) and The Amazing Spider-Man (2012), respectively.
It's only in some trailers that Strange says "they all die while fighting Spider-Man" - in the movie, he never mentions whether Connors or Marko die (Connors even asks Dillon whether or not he will die in their universe). But there is enough tension regarding the deaths of Osborn, Octavius, and Dillon that Strange could potentially speculate whether Marko and Connors go down the same way. These villains are also from similar but not the same universes as the older films. They all may be fated to die in their original universes.

(at around 1h 50 mins) In No Way Home the cure that turns the Lizard back into Curt Connors is green. However in The Amazing Spider-Man (2012) the cure was blue and the formula that turned him into the Lizard was green. The ingredients may not have been exactly the same so the change in color may have happened for any number of reasons.
(at around 42 mins) MJ and Ned look directly in front of them when they appear on a small screen on Peter's suit which means that they are looking at the webcam on the laptop. But it is obvious that they are looking at the laptop screen (and not camera) to see what is happening in the woods and so their gaze should be "off" (like in a Zoom meeting).
(at around 42 mins) When Peter goes to fight Electro, he communicates with MJ and Ned via his smartphone, which he tapes to his chest. The tape covers the phone's camera, so they should not be able to see anything.
(at around 5 mins) In the brief scene of British news coverage, the attempt at refined English accents is obviously fake. Neither Paris Benjamin nor Glenn Keogh is British.
(at around 45 mins) Electro use the term "butt ass naked", which is an extremely common malapropism. The original term was "buck naked" which is a reference to a young buck who is eager to mate - that is, naked. People who did not know better misheard the term "buck" as "butt" and it has become a mistake made by thousands of people. A similar malapropism is found in western films in which uneducated actors use the world "calvary" instead of "cavalry".
(at around 43 mins) When Peter confronts Electro for the first time, he asks if they are "seeing this." They are communicating via his phone, which he has taped to his chest, but he is standing slightly to one side and turning his head to see Electro, so the phone's camera would be pointed off to Electro's left.
(at around 1h 19 mins) When Peter turns away from Aunt May to call for help and an ambulance, the audio is clearly dubbed from elsewhere, as his head and mouth don't follow the same words.
The display set up at Midtown High by the faculty member has pictures of both Spider-Man and Peter Parker. He also may have had a student ID and perhaps a New York state identification or driver's license, which would have his name and photo. Unless the spell removed all of these in addition to people's memories, plus all of the references to him online and in print, plus his government records, his identity could still be traced back to him through government databases. If his government records were erased, it would make it extremely difficult for him to even get a job.
(at around 34 mins) When the Green Goblin first appears, Doc Ock recognizes him as Norman Osborn. However, it is established that the only ones who knew of Osborn's identity were the Tobey Maguire variant of Peter Parker in Spider-Man (2002), Osborn's butler Bernard in Spider-Man 3 (2007) (retroactively established) and Harry Osborn in Spider-Man 2 (2004), the latter of whom didn't find out until after Doc Ock's death.
The original spell went wrong because Peter ask Strange to change it several times during it, not because the purpose of the spell could not be done. so it's possible for Strange to cast the spell with selected people still knowing who Peter is. Near the end he could have let someone remember Peter, instead of let everyone forget about him.
(at around 1h 30 mins) When the Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield variants of Spider-Man find the main Spider-Man and explain to him why he shouldn't quit, the Maguire Spidey tells him about how his uncle Ben was killed by a robber as shown in Spider-Man (2002). However, it was established in Spider-Man 3 (2007) that the real killer was Flint Marko (Sandman); despite his story being set after the entire original film trilogy, Maguire's Spidey seems to have forgotten this realization.
Doctor Connors from the Tobey Spider-Man universe kept a fragment of the Venom alien symbiote on Spider-Man 3. It has for decades been speculated as meant to be later used as setup had there been a Spider-Man 4 for Connor to try to use to restore his arm and have a way to become the Lizard.
But then No Way Home doesn't even clarify to Spider-Man Tobey that the Lizard is an alternative Doctor Connors, but since he doesn't mention having fought a Lizard. It just makes the setup not have gone anywhere since Spider-Man 3.

(at around 13 mins) When Peter goes back to his high school and walks up the stairs, there is a mural behind him. Part of the mural contains a chemical structure, however, one of the carbons has five bonds. This is impossible as carbons cannot exceed four bonds.
(at around 46 mins) In Spider-Man 2 (2004) it was known that Dr. Otto Octavius and Dr. Curt Connors were friends and colleagues, but in Spider-Man: No Way Home he has no recollection of having ever heard that name ever before.
(at around 1h 13 mins) May bothers to kick open an emergency fire exit door equipped with a safety mechanism which is meant to be easily pushed by hands or one's body (and avoid being crushed by the crowd in a panic).
(at around 9 mins) When the camera cuts to the newspaper covered brick thrown through Peter Parker's apartment window, the message written on the paper reads "WE BELEIVE MYSTERIO", in which "believe" is misspelled. Since the message was written by a protester who threw the brick, it's that person who made this error.
(at around 11 mins) Happy Hogan wears his CPAP mask incorrectly. That style covers the mouth and nose but he wears it just over his nose.
