I was lucky enough to see a showing of this film at the Padres Bar in Marfa, Texas. Front row seats couldn't get me close enough to view this humorous and hysterical film by Barry Tubb. The Austin Communist Advocate in Seattle, wrote, "Not since "Grand Champion" has there been such a a wonderfully cinematic grandiose piece of eye candy as "Clown Hunt".
It is Clown hunting season and the hunting camp is fully stocked, cocked and ready to rock. Happy clowns only, though, so Shitty Fred is safe. It is rumored that Albino Willy is in the area and everyone wants a piece of him. Willy gets the upper hand (and a gun) and some blood is shed. But after the hunters take down some exotics (mimes) and other happy clowns, Willy rallies the remainder of the herd and does some damage. No spoilers here, so you will just have to get your hands on a copy and see how it all ends.
"Why don't you eat clown meat?" "It tastes funny". And funny it is, on a scale of 1 to 10, I award this movie 10 whoopee cushions!!!
