Gwen (Lisa Gaye) is handling the publicity campaign for singer Wally Grant (Michael Carey). She has planned a controlled audience by busing in teenagers to welcome him to New York, but they cancel on her. Loco (Barbara Eden) insists that she can play the part of a 14-year-old president of his fan club. Reporter Stan Lewis (John Stephenson) is dispatched to write a new angle to the rock and roll star story. His boss Mr. Fowler (Chet Stratton) wants a story from a fan's point-of-view, including their home life and hobbies. Loco looks convincingly like a 14-year-old, complete with braces. Gwen introduces Mr. Lewis to Loco as "Lilian" and he comes with them to the penthouse to interview "Lilian". Gwen calls Mike (Merry Anders) to make the place look like a teenager lives there. Complications ensue when Loco's date arrives.
