I'm one of those butthurt liberals and I like the show especially the beautiful Diane Silvers. The show absolutely makes fun of maybe not Donald Trump but his Space Force and why it exists. I don't why I would dislike something because their isn't enough Trump bashing in it. That would be too easy and turn off 35-40% of the country. We have enough comedy in the WH. I like the show. It doesn't have to be always funny to be a good show. The Shining was a good film but not always funny.

Didn't expect a speech that good in a comedy

I think this is one of the episodes that really illustrates how Space Force is different from other Greg Daniels shows like The Office and Parks and Rec. Space Force mixes in a little more drama, which gives us scenes that are warm and touching, such as General Naird's speech in this episode.

Dont Understand any of the ratings, probably too many butthurt liberals I guess because this show isnt a trump trash talk show and is a legit comedy that any american can appreciate.

Not great. Not terrible.

You can pretty much bet that anyone giving a "1" or a "10" star review is being disingenuous at best. The shows not great. Its not terrible. Its better than most of the stuff being produced today. But its not groundbreaking.

At this point, we gave up on the series.

Aside from the appearance of Fred Willard in the first episode there was little to like. The second episode was forgettable save for the actress who plays the daughter. There could be an interesting story line with her in future episodes.

The third episode is almost unwatchable. That is the kindest thing that can be said of it. Terrible writing/story/acting/plot line/ and anything else. We gave up on the series at this point.

Space (Comedy) Is Hard
owen-watts18 June 2020
After a solid pilot episode Space Force rather fell apart. It can't decide how sharp a satire it wants to be, how earnestly characterful it should get and how whacky to go so it ends up trying all of them and faltering badly. The structure is all over the place and the focus is non-existent - so with the ground rapidly nearing I'm pulling the cord and getting out before it all comes crashing down.

Not even remotely funny
jthaule3 June 2020
This is supposed to be a comedy, and in the first two episodes there were jokes. Not funny jokes, but jokes still. Infantile and obvious jokes that six year olds made up, evidently. However, this third episode doesn't actually have jokes. It's a drama episode with no real pay off or risks, and it was the last chance I gave this show.

Is this the future of American comedy? I really hope not.

Don't think I laughed once

Poor writing, feeble acting and a story that is going nowhere. I thought I'd give it three episodes and it went downhill gradually but steeply... no fun, no originality just rat diarrhoea... once you've seen the episode you know what I am referring to. Just poor and by all accounts not watchable, I am out!!!
