Today acting like the 80s Piston team is against the law and is a sin... It seems like it. Those guys were hit and they hit back and the shrugged it off. Now, if you play defence it's a foul, you get a tech, and you get fined.
Nba has created silly rules (like clear path foul) to be more entertaining than to be competitive. That doesn't make sense whatsoever. For the record The NBA is super unscripted and not predetermined at all. they don't use basket manipulation that is just conspiracy garbage.
Back in the day (90s-early 00s) each team had its star players that you knew. Today all there is, is LeBron and maybe 3-5 other players that I don't like and they all play for the same team.
NBA lost its toughness of the 80s, its competitiveness of the 90s. Its excitement of the early 00s.
Now for the last decade the nba is a soft ass league that is all about entertaining the people rather than being competitive. Nba seems very unatural due to the fact competitiveness, doesn't really exist in the nba anymore. The days of griddy tough players like Oakley are long gone. Its just soft players who can't take a hit.
I mean:
Raptors in 2019? C'mon?
Nuggets defeating the Clippers from 3-1?
Lebron championship wins?
GSW winning era?
Curry racking up so many 3's in so little time?
Underwhelming Rookies?
Iunno. I know the nba is not scripted but still. The nba is whack.
