Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • There is an uncomfortable scene where a coach talks an (child) aspiring football player into "seeing the weights room" but his brother; Hank, catches on and takes his place instead. It is implied he is raped by the coach.
  • There is a sex scene with Dick and Kory. No nudity is shown, they just kiss passionately and they talk about it after
  • In season 3 Hank is told by Jason to remove all his clothes including underwear to prove he's not wired. He does so and his butt can be seen for a few seconds. He dives into the water but nothing can be seen.

Violence & Gore

  • Starfire uses her superpowers to burn down three people.
  • In one of the beginning episodes, Rachel sends a demon inside of a man that explodes his insides, making him cough and vomit blood. Very gory and extremely disturbing to some.
  • In season two Gar has brain surgery. It is very detailed and graphic and shows the inside of his brain and the hole in his head. This brain surgery also causes him to turn into a tiger and kill many innocent people. There is a lot of blood. May be scary or upsetting to some people

Profanity

  • In the trailer, Nightwing says "Fuck Batman"

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • When Connor finds disturbing failed cloning experiments, people might find it upsetting.
  • In season 2, Gar undergoes brain surgery that affects his ability to willingly turn into a tiger. Some of these scenes include a graphic depiction of the brain surgery itself and Gar killing many innocent people. This may be upsetting for some viewers, especially because it is emotionally upsetting for the character himself.
