Violence & Gore

  • The movie is about a parasite which possesses people, who become similar to zombies. Their bones crack and break, and their bodies change anatomy.
  • A man is attacked offscreen by an unseen creature.
  • A creature is run over in the road. It is shown as a splattered, bloody mess.
  • A man is found bloody and covered in splinters in a bathroom, he later crawls around, falls on a car, and his bloody corpse is shown throughout the movie.
  • A girl is killed by electrocution. She turns into a monster, and repeatedly bashes herself against a window, spraying blood.
  • A man's arm is sawed to the bone with a knife, then amputated with a cinderblock (very graphic and painful).
  • Two people's hands are cut off, and they wander around, moving by themselves.
  • A woman is graphically torn in half: her intestines plop to the ground and she turns into a monster.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Two criminals take hostages and threaten them with a gun.
  • A deadly parasite attacks the group and enters people's bodies. The scenes are creepy but not very bloody.
