- A mans scalp keeps falling off revealing a bloody mess on the skull. This is a running joke of the movie.
- A mans head is severed from his body. this is done off screen. His head is still moving and talking and is put into a bag later on in the movie.
- A mans severed head is given a grenade to blow up any enemies. The aftermath is seen from a far by a huge fireball reaching for the sky.
