Screaming men are engulfed in fire by flamethrowers, without clear sight of injury detail. Violence & Gore

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Tjaden takes a fork and stabs his neck repeatedly to kill himself.
  • The main character Paul dies at the end of the film. It can be emotional after having empathized with him after viewing the horrors of the war.
