First of all: Why does Mer, Cristina and the others have interns already? They were interns themselves last year. Bailey is a fifth year now, which means she was a fourth year when she got her interns. And where was ever the interns that Callie was responsible for last year? We never saw any of them. She should have had some of her own. I don't like it when the story is inconsistent like that.

I'm glad that they fired Isaiah Washington after what he did, but it's still sad not having Burke around.

I like watching the new residents being in charge of their own interns. A little bossy and mean. It's fun!

First time I watched the series, I remember thinking Lexie was sooo annoying. Now, after sees everything a number of times, I think she is great. And I really enjoy watching her.

Sheperd's case with the guy who needed to attach his scull to his spine was beautiful and so touching.

No wonder Katherine Heigl quit

The writers, and showrunners, are slowly destroying her character, turning Izzy into a joke. Her last strong episode was midseason 3(epis15/16/17), and her Emmy winning one from later that season.

Other than that... Chyler Leigh is a great addition, plenty of story opportunities, and her delivery is fantastic. Alex does basically nothing. Meredith is predictabe, Cristina is strong as usual. The George/Callie/Isobel triangle sadly continues.

The usage of "To Build a Home" by The Cinematic Orchestra was fabulous.

Meredith's Sister Lexie

This Episode begins with Cristina, Izzie, Meredith, George and Alex, they show the new interns the Seattle Grace Hospital. Izzie, Meredith, Cristina and Alex have been promoted to resident. George is still a intern after he failed his exams. Lexie tells Meredith that she is her sister. Lexie tells Derek that Meredith is her halfsister. Derek tells Cristina that Burke has resigned at the Seattle Grace Hospital. Izzie resuscitates the deer. The deer survived it and will be okay. Nancy gave birth to her baby, George helped with it. Meredith tells Derek that she isn't ready for a relationship with him. Meredith breaks up with Derek. Derek kissed Meredith. Derek and Meredith have break up sex. George tells Izzie that he loves her. Amazing First Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 4, really great start of the Season! Meredith has another sister and broke up with Derek!

The One With Meredith's Sister...

I love this episode. It's awesome to see our interns become residents, and get to take control of things, including their own interns.

In this episode, intern year is over, for most of the beloved interns, sadly for George, he must repeat his intern year. Everyone is now residents, and have their own interns, which you can be sure that they're enjoying it. One of the new interns turns out to be Meredith's half sister, on her Fathers' side, and Lexi, the sister, is trying to figure out how to tell her. She and George also have become good friends, as he is the only one who knows about her relationship to Meredith. Callie struggles with her new position as Chief Resident, whilst Miranda is still a bit annoyed about her getting the job. And we lose someone this season. Dr. Burke does not come back, after the wedding disaster.

Overall, I give this episode a 10 out of 10, which in my ratings book is: Freaking Ridonkulous.
