To be continued? Where's part 2

I was watching this episode in reruns today on StartTV channel 2.2 in Chicago. I was really into the story, and at the end of the episode it said "To be continued...". But instead of following up with the seconf half of the episode, they switched over to showing "Crossing Jordan". And then in my internet research to find out how the story concluded, I can't seem to find the other half of the supposedly 2-part episode in the episode list. So now I'm just super confused.

Frustrating ending if no follow up.

There are still questions to be answered about how much time went by until she found the diamonds and did they ever catch her and who killed the young man. Frustrating if it never gets wrapped up. Maybe the tbc was about Joe's storyline.

I read the other review while watching this episode and paid close attention when episode was ending. Sure enough it said tbc. Although the storyline does a fast somewhat unclear tying up to a conclusion making another half unnecessary.
