[Jessie, James, and Meowth jump to silence Wobbuffet, then snicker]

Ash Ketchum : [having found one of Phantom's air capsules] May, get in here. It's Phantom's. Come on, you gotta!
[May takes Ash's hand and he pulls her into the capsule. He lays her down into it, then he takes Pikachu off his shoulder and places him in the capsule with May and Manaphy. He picks up the crystal and turns to the others]
Ash Ketchum : Pikachu, you take care of the two of them.
[Ash closes the capsule and locks it]
Ash Ketchum : I have to go put this back. Now you guys just sit tight in there and wait.
[He nods then runs off]
May : But, Ash!
Pikachu : Pika, pi!

May : [worrying about Ash] Please, Ash, don't give up.
Pikachu : Pika, pi.
[Manaphy extends its antenna and uses its abilities to allow May and Pikachu to communicate with Ash]
May : Please, Ash! Ash, don't give up! Ash, be strong!
Pikachu : Pika!
[Ash begins to hear them]
May : I know you can do it! I know!
Pikachu : Pika, pi!
[Ash awakens and surfaces. He dives back down and grabs the crystal. He puts the crystal back in the Sea Crown]

Jack Walker : [after Manaphy calms the water Pokemon] Manaphy's singing calmed them all right down!
May : The way only Manaphy knows how!
[Manaphy directs the water Pokemon to attack Phantom's ship]

May : [May is saying good-bye to Manaphy] I'm so proud of you and all that you've done.
Manaphy : Mana!
May : You won't forget me, will you?
Manaphy : Love. You. May.
[May begins to tear up]
May : Goodbye. Love you.
Manaphy : Love you, Mama. Love you, May.
[May and Manaphy stare at each other warmly]
Manaphy : Phy!
[Manaphy dives back into the ocean]
