Warning: Spoilers
This episode starts out with Miley and Lilly in gym class. Miley is sad that she never gets picked first. Luckily, Lilly gets picked to be captain, but when Miley makes a bet with the other captain Lilly doesn't want Miley on her team. Miley ends up getting picked last and is made at Lilly. It then shows Miley at a Hannah Montana concert singing her song "True Friend." Miley is then back stage and Lilly is there. Miley/Hannah picks 5 people to go in the limo, but takes a tree/plant instead of Lilly. At the beach the next day Oliver handcuffs the two girls together and looses the key. Miley needs to go to an award show for her booty for an award for the song "True Friend." They can't find the key so they have to go the show handcuffed together. While Miley/ Hannah is reading the teleprompter with Lilly hiding behind the chair shes sitting on she realizes that she shouldn't be mad over something so small. They make up. At the end they are back in P.E. and they say they have to get picked together because they're handcuffed. They then go to unlock the handcuffs, but realize they have lost the key again.

Can't we all just get along?

Warning: Spoilers
Sometimes, I'll watch an episode once, and just really hate it. Often, I'll watch it again, and realize that it's not as bad as I thought. However, when I watched "Cuffs" a second time, it didn't get any better.

First, I'll hit the subplot. Robbie can't get Jackson to listen to him, so he tries giving the silent treatment. Jackson is 16 years old, and that's why this does not work. If a real parent did that, you can bet the child would steal the car and have a field day. Jackson came off as incredibly immature, and I've never found adults acting like children funny. Even worse, he gets a tattoo artist involved. Being a kids' show, I think they should have left that scene out. Even if they did, though, this plot would still be hard to watch.

Meanwhile, Miley has her own fight going on in the main plot. She's mad because Lilly didn't pick her for her gym team. Yes, I'm serious; we get another full episode of Miley yelling at Lilly. The arguing wasn't funny; rather, it was annoying. Also, Miley wins an award, and she wants to tell a friend, so now she wraps Oliver into it. Miley and Oliver were painfully awkward together, and it became clearer that they shouldn't be friends. Anyway, Miley was just using him, and he knew it. Next, Lilly bumps Miley with her board, then they fight for Oliver's company. The girls get Oliver involved, then they yell at him, "Stay out of this!" They put him in the middle and yell at him for being there?!?! The girls deserved worse, especially because they blame the situation on Oliver. If I were Oliver, I would have freed myself from both girls a long time ago. Finally, the girls inexplicably make up at the end. They don't talk it out. Miley apologizes, but doesn't give a reason. They don't get advice from anyone. It just randomly happens when Miley reads a teleprompter.

Hannah Montana has much better episodes than this. Everyone looks bad here, except Oliver. If you turn this show on, and you see gym uniforms or handcuffs, it would be wise to change the channel as fast as you can.
