Sex & Nudity

- One sex scene with partial female nudity. The woman is lying on the bed on all fours and the man is behind her (he is cut out from the shot). There is thrusting and some moaning, but no graphic detail. A man watches them.
- A man and a woman kiss a few times. In one occasion they kiss passionately while watching two people suffering, meaning they get aroused by their pain. Afterwards, they go out of the room, and it is implied they have sex.
- Another couple kisses once.
- A woman flirts with a married man.
- A man remarks that his wife has a crush on another man.
Violence & Gore

- Some very grisly moments, including two strong sequences of torture. The violent scenes are not particularly frequent, however when they do happen they are extremely gorey and bloody.
- A man burns his wrists and hands with fire to break free from a rope. We see the bubbling burned flesh.
- A woman points a rifle to a man; he manages to take it and hits her in the head with it, knocking her unconscious.
- A man has one of his eyes gouged out with a knife (very graphic and gorey); then, his throat is slashed (we closely see the blade opening his throat and the large wound spurting out blood).
- A woman has her knee shredded with a cheese grater. We see blood dripping from the leg, the grater is covered in blood. After a while the knee is mangled, and pieces of flesh start to separate (very bloody). It is implied that the tortured reached the bone, and is willing to proceed with the other leg, but is stopped.
- A man and a woman fight.
- A man is stabbed in the back with a knife (not seen).
- A man hits another man in the head twice with an iron bar, knocking him unconscious.
- A man is run over several times. We see him again later, covered in blood.
- We see two dead, bloody bodies in a car. The woman has something stabbed in her chest.
- The death of a little girl's father is referred to (the scene takes place at his funeral).

- Standard profanities are used throughout (Fuck, Shit, and Bastard are heard the most).

- Several intense scenes. The movie has a dark, unsettling and twisted tone.
- There are two distressing torture sequences which go on for several minutes.

Violence & Gore
- A man puts a woman's head in and out of a large water-filled bucket three times, as her husband screams while watching (his hands are tied up). To keep her head out of the water as much as possible, he grabs the rope with his mouth and pulls. The wife seems to drown, but her husband manages to revive her.
- A woman is stabbed with a little pointy tool in the side of the head. The man pushes it hard onto her temple and moves it; we see one of her eyes rolling up and down. She later pulls the object out.
- A woman drowns her own baby (offscreen, we only see her hands briefly pushing the baby down in the water).
- Two people decide to kill their baby in order to get money.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A baby is killed by his own mother for money. The husband also agrees with it.
- The demons' appearance might frighten young viewers.
