Two cases. A friend of Denny's is going to sue the company for not going green when there was an agreement. Denny then shoots the guy with a paint gun. Of course, the firm wins the case as they always do. The best thing for the guy to do is just drop the firm and find someone else who agrees. In the second, Clarence is victim of a huge balloon mortgage and has his house foreclosed on. Alan goes after that windbag Texan he faced before. Clarence did sign the contract so threats are used and, as usual, the firm wins. Ho hum.

Argument about Hummers vs Hybrids is BS

Warning: Spoilers
It's true. You can't trust those stats they throw around in the BL courtrooms, either for or against your favorite cause. Here's the lowdown on Hummers vs. Hybrids. It's true the manufacturing of Hybrids pollutes more but in the lifetime of a car, a hybrid has a much smaller carbon footprint. The only study that claims otherwise was commissioned by--you guessed it--the auto industry.
