Deep in denial

Warning: Spoilers
there were several things I liked about this episode:

1. Wilson. I loved how he played House although I'm not completely sure when he was acting and when he was confused for real.

2. House & Cuddy. he was jealous and wouldn't even admit it to himself. and his invitation in the last moments of the episode spoke volumes.

3. Chase & Cameron. I loved the fact that he stood for himself. first with the case and then with Cameron. it was obvious he cares deeply for her but he was done begging. and she so hoped for him to. but the flowers idea was really sweet and the card even sweeter.

the case was quite interesting but the personal stuff was so much better. and I realized that House and Cameron are much more alike that one would think. both have some big relationship issues but where he doesn't care a bit she cares too much and none of them is brave enough to face their actual feelings. they could build a self-help group Deep in denial. not that it would help but one can still hope.

You can't trust anyone criticizing these days. One review says testosterone doesn't have an effect on estrogen when in actuality raising one hormone can actually cause estrogen to lower or raise also. Not to mention testosterone does indeed have an effect on females sexually with a variety of things including climax and other things I'm not gonna go into detail of on here. Also the other review says the children are died of a disease when they are just suffering a side effect of a drug, The girl does have a stroke, but also afterwards as the hormones leave their system it's stated they will be perfectly fine. So it's really up to you if you enjoy the episode, but opinions don't equal facts. Atleast the opinion of house being a certain way towards the father is reasonable if the kids actually died.

I know it's just a TV drama, but most of the time I can overlook the non-so-logical stuff. I have a scientific background and realize most of the medicak stuff is a real stretch and unrealistic and still enoy the show. This time it way overboard, anyone who's got a brain knows that testosterone does not cause menstruation 🤦‍♀️ the diagnosis was really stupid and didn't make any sense for the little girl's symptoms. And their dad went to all this length to keep the relationship secret and at the end they all walk our together like a happy family 😆 come on, it's just too much dumb writing!! Some episodes get really silly.

ridiculous exaggeration

What is this absurdity? How does Dr. House make fun in front of a father whose children die before him of disease.. and Dr. Cameron tells him that he must have his pituitary gland removed... and he does not stop mocking and sarcasm in the front of their father.
