While in the squad room, Tony attempts to call Jeanne. There is a brief close up where Tony is holding his hand up to his ear, but he is not holding his cell phone. Seconds later, the phone is back.
At around 22:35 the big plasma screen is showing a print on the left and flashing sign "Positive match", but there is no print in the right hand window for comparison. Moments later when Gibbs enters the lab, you can now see a print on the right side of the screen as well.
When McGee searches Cpl. O'Neill's wallet, he finds new, consecutively-serial-numbered bills. He states they are "newly- minted." The US Mint creates coins. The Bureau of Printing and Engraving prints paper currency. New bills would be newly-printed, not newly-minted.
The bullets compared in the lab have standard rifling marks. Bullets fired from a Glock pistol have different weaker rifling marks, because Glock barrels have what is known as polygonal rifling.
At the beginning of the episode, when Gibbs and Ducky are speaking about finding Cpl. O'Neill, there is a shot of a notebook with the information Ducky is telling Gibbs about regarding when MPD found the body. Cpl. O'Neill's name is misspelled as Cpl. O'Nell.
Jeanne gets angry at Tony because he doesn't tell her he loves her after he beats her rock climbing, and she says he has never said it. However, we hear Tony say, "I love you too," earlier in the season in Friends & Lovers (2007) while he is on surveillance with a Metro Cop.
Gibbs' notes misspell no pulse as "no pluse". They're are other mistakes overwritten on the page, but an experienced investigator shouldn't misspell pulse.
