Boring

Warning: Spoilers
Could they not think of any interesting storylines? Borrrrring.

One of Michels dogs pass away and he asks Lorelai if they can have a memorial for him. Lorelai is so wrapped up in her own break up with Chris that she basically forgets about the memorial and it's hurts Michels feelings. Honestly I see both sides to it. They're both grieving in different ways but I just hate how selfish Lorelai can be.

Meanwhile, Rory is acting very UN-Rorylike and has some school girl crush on the substitute teacher. She tells Logan about it and then all is well? Idk, this storyline was so boring to me and absolutely forgettable.

The ultimate "you should have said what was really on your mind"

Warning: Spoilers
Is there any time for someone that owns and run an Inn to do a memorial for a dog that she really didn't like for an employee that is really rude? No I don't think so!

Instead of Lorelai and Suki say to Michelle: No, we won't do it, it was just an idea, writers chose the unrealistic path of having them both sitting in the livingroom of the Inn trying to see what ideas they had.

But in the magical world of Stars Hollow anything is possible.

Christopher is doing a tantrum because of Luke and misunderstandings, yes, those misunderstandings that writers keep pushing down our throats because they can't write anything clever and different. 7 years of this. You can notice really well if you do a marathon like I'm doing on netflix, next to the annoying and obnoxious "la la la la la" songs over and over again.

Instead of saying to Christopher "hey, stop pushing me, I need time, space and to mourn my last relationship" she decided to enter full on into a serious relationship with him, getting married, to then blow over into their faces. The ultimate: you should have said what was really on your mind. So they split up.

They hinted into some kindling between Luke and Lorelei. 8 episodes more to go, and I can't really remember what happened, I don't know if it is because of my bad memory or because it was really not memorable.

Just replaying the movie in reverse...

Warning: Spoilers
I hate when writers do that. It's so lazy and insulting to viewers who actually paid attention. They turned her relationship with Christopher into this platonic love, when they couldn't get their hands off of each other. I was waiting for the lame excuse they would find to put a fork on this couple (my money was on their disagreement on having a plasma TV...), but this one was beyond stupid. They simply gave Christopher the role of the rebound, when Luke was all along. Every time Christopher showed up, it was like he did not even exist anymore. So why lie and pretend it's the other way around now? And geez, can't he (Luke) get a life already?! I was appalled when he waltzed into the hospital with bags of food. It was pathetic to watch. But hey, it's sweet right? The grumpy old bachelor, finally falling in love. It's cartoonish. And Stars Hollow morons rooting for Lorelai to get back with him. Cringe. It's like the show was written by ten year olds, since the winter finale. And this episode in particular was a drag, with Lorelai being angsty and cringeworthy again, or Michel's dog's funeral (?) (the part where he said he would eat a burger in its honor, made me laugh, though) and Rory's crush on her (hot) professor (her talk with Logan was weird). And Paris with her stupid charts... They should've made this final season shorter. It's like they are stalling now, and I'm not liking it.

Awful

Why is Rory acting this stupid all of a sudden? Like a 12 year old with a stupid crush. I don't know who's becoming more irritating, Lorelei, Rory or LUKE. Maybe Luke. He's unbearable. Wanting the recommendation letter, coming with foods... like, COME ON. Go away!

And Lorelei getting everything she wanted and STILL not satisfied. She became crazy, egocentric, narcissistic nutcase. At first she had this appeal and you get it why she would attract people, cause she's witty and funny and smart. But now she's just nutcase, annoying and out od control. Shame, funny and smart show became cringy and unbearable🙄
