Kira made a decision; to get the end of L suspicion for good, the Shinigami part of the plan is major for sure.

Sensational

Sensational episode, full of nuances. For starting Misa with completely no memory of who Kira is. Afterwards, Light surrenders saying that it could be Kira but unconsciously. His father is shocked and doesn't know how to act, so he puts himself in prison. Several days pass and the deaths of criminals completely stop which makes us strongly believe that it is really Light who is behind these murders. Until Light tells Ryuk that he wants to get rid of the Death Note, causing him to lose his memories of the notebook. As a result, deaths mysteriously occur again. And it's surreal, the police officers celebrating the deaths just so Light can be exonerated. Episode sixteen watched on March 5, 2024.
