- During the Introduction to the episode, where clips from previous episodes are shown, few scenes of ripping flesh, lost teeth and other blood and gore are displayed. References to suicide and death are mentioned throughout the episode. Sam and Dean talk about shooting someone. A man walks into a bank and shoots an automatic rifle at the roof twice. The remains of a creatures skin is found on the floor in one of the rooms. It contains small amounts of blood and unidentifiable white fluid. A dead man falls through the roof and is turned over. He has a cut along his throat and there is a moderate amount of blood. One man appears to be having a heart attack. One man is shot and blood appears, pouring out a hole in his chest, however the wound is not seen. Blood also comes out of the man's mouth. Drops of blood are seen on the floor. A lady's body falls out of the closet and she has blood flowing from her neck. There is a fight scene where punches are thrown and someone is stabbed in the heart.
