I can't imagine another TV show, including HOUSE MD and ER, dealing with a condition that can cause one to faint when one is pooping. Leave it to SCRUBS to take it on. JD has the condition, which Cox finds wildly amusing. And the high or low point of all this pooping and fainting hilarity comes when JD uses his neighbors' bathroom to take a dump. The next thing we see, those neighbors are standing over JD, sans trousers (that's a whole other story), laing helplessly on their bathroom floor. The situation is shortly repeated in a jail cell, of all places, with hardened convicts surrounding the prostrate JD, again sans trousers. Janitor takes a vacation, and what a strange vacation it appears to be. How this cast and crew keeps turning this zany stuff out on a weekly basis is beyond me. This episode is not for the faint of heart, let me tell you.

My least favorite episode

I love Scrubs but this episode's ending really ticked me off. JD is the guy who gave up a chance to get laid so that Elliot (who he was in love with but would not have sex with him) can cry on his shoulder over her stuff getting stolen in 'My New Old Friend.' He's the guy who helped Dr Cox get over his problem in "My Fallen Idle." He's the guy who would do anything to help anyone of his friends when they have a problem, and the ending is that he needs to just suck it up and move on because his friends find him actually wanting them to be there for him (like he was for them) to be a burden. The IMDb said that I need one more line of text for the review to post, so this is it.
