(SEASON 1 EPISODE 1) This is probably the episode with the most sexual content of the series. Midway through the episode Walter and his wife are seen in bed together, Skylar makes some sex jokes while they are talking. Walter pulls up with DEA to do a drug bust, Walter sees Jesse jump out the window with his underpants on which is followed by a woman throwing out his clothes, she is only using her arm to cover her chest. Side breast nudity is seen for a brief moment.
(SEASON 1 EPISODE 2) The shows opens up where the first episode left off with Walter and Skylar in bed presumably after sex. We then see Walt's rear end when he leaves the bed.
(SEASON 1 EPISODE 3) Jesse makes out passionately with his girlfriend on a chair, this scene lasts 6 seconds. Not graphic.
(SEASON 3 EPISODE 5) This is the last Sexual Content to be seen in the series out of the 4 Instances. Jesses goes into a Bar with his Skinny Pete and while ordering drinks you can see woman dancing around a pole in the background. All though the scene is not focused on it, it is still clear what is happening. This is the most sexual scene of the show. It lasts for 3mins.

There are four main sexual scenes in the entire show, they can be easily skipped and are not essential to the story. Also all four sexual scenes are never appeared out of nowhere and viewers can pick up when they are about to begin.
Most of the sexual content is in the first three episodes from then there is only one instance in Season 3.
The streaming versions (HBO, AMC+, Netflix) of Breaking Bad are much more tamer and toned down to the dvd and Blu ray versions. As the dvd versions have extended scenes of violence and sexual content as well as a 7min long bonus stripper scene. The streaming versions cut this all.

Many people are killed throughout in various ways, mainly shootings. There are crime scenes with bloody imagery. Gore is generally never shown and most of the people killed are with guns.
While violence does occur, it is not the focus of the show. Most of the violence in the show occurs in the first three episodes to hook viewers in.
There is a scene in Season 4 when Gus slits someone's throat, happens quickly and a small blood spurt is seen. This scene is censored on the streaming version. There is a quick scene of it.
The version of Breaking Bad on streaming services like HBO, AMC+ and Netflix are toned down in Violence and Sexual Content. As all the grisly imagery, extra sexual content and scenes are put on the dvd versions to serve as a 'directors cut' of Breaking Bad.
