Fairly cute Christmas show

Although season 7 is quite weak overall, I actually enjoyed this episode even though there were some sad moments to it. It seems in many ways to be the turning point for Lorelai in realising she still loves Luke

While Rory was away in London, Lorelai, Chris, and Gigi did not do anything at all Christmas related at home. When Rory returns, the festivities begin. Chris starts to see how much he doesn't know about his new wife and his oldest daughter.

Luke asked Lorelai to write him a character reference for his custody battle. She is very secretive about it and doesn't tell Chris.

Boring script, and sudden changes in personality......

Gilmore Girls used to have so many fans and so many people logged on to comment about it. Now, the show has gotten so bad that no one even wants to take the time to comment on it anymore. The script has become SO boring. Christopher and Lorelai used to have such a spark in their conversation. The reason we all loved to see them together was because they had so much in common in terms of their interests in music bands and a hip culture. Their conversation has become totally flat! Not only that, Lorelai's character has changed one hundred percent in this new season. Suddenly, she's scared of losing Christopher and will do anything he says. And Rory too. She will do anything to keep Logan. They had a huge fight, and we didn't even see how it got resolved. What happened to the two independent women that they used to be? I wish Palladino was still producing the show.

So Lorelai cancelled Christmas for a five year old so she could spend it with here spoilt 22 years old daughter
