I actually have pretty mixed feelings about this episode. I hate Tritter and the whole Tritter arc . I doubt they could get away with the bully cop angle so easily now . No House didn't handle it well at all but Tritter used his position to go after House and everyone around him. So he waited around in a clinic for a couple of hours. Annoying ? Yes but guess what many wait longer and don't look for revenge.
That rant out of the way the case is fascinating . The mother ( Meredith Eaton ) and daughter have a great relationship and she and House are hilarious going back and forth. Cameron and the daughter Abigail are shocked and embarrassed but it's so funny!
I would rate it a ten but the Tritter stuff pulls it down some. Credit though to the writers here and the actors for making the episode a stand out.
