Meredith is lunching with Finn, but Derek interrupts their conversation. Megan needs surgery, Bailey tells this to her parents. Megan is gone, she left her room at the hospital. George, Alex and Meredith are searching for Megan. Alex found Megan. Meredith decided to date not one of her two lovers.
