So in this episode (like most) we follow two different stories, one with Chris , and one with the rest of the family : 1) Chris asks his father for some socks, and he ends up giving him his "lucky socks", at first Chris ignores this fact, but as it turns out the following hours are great. 2) Tanya and Drew have both requests for their parents (Drew to Julius and Tanya for Rochelle), but they refuse, so they decide to switch to the other parent they haven't asked yet. I really enjoyed this episode, it's a funny episode with simple story telling, you have Chris realizing he makes his own luck in an inspiring kind of way, which in a funny way ties in with Drew preparing for his contest, wich he ends up winning. On the other hand you see Tanya and Drew being smartasses but learning in the end not to repeat the gesture, also Drew's perfomance is so funny and a special Mini Vanili cameo it's priceless, just fantastic, "This guy he's awesome" alluding to the fact Drew is Lyp Syncing, and Mini Vanili are a duo know for the scandal of having hit records without knowing how to sing, and every record they made being from other voices! This is my favorite episode in the entire series. I like the concept. Something good finally started to happen to chris. Nice music. And a nice message too. The train scenes are hilarious.
