This was one of the best episodes because it showed how Jack has to be ready for twists and turns at every turn.
Ikra was honestly one of the best characters. I think Gendy liked her so much that I remember reading a comic also written by Gendy where he did something similar, not the same but similar.
This episode could have been the start of a epic arc but it decided to just end it here which Jack kind of sad.
I can see that this episode had a lot of influences of the last arc of the story, more specifically Ashi. There are a lot of things that Ashi and Ikra have in common that at some point I wondered: what if Ikra was like Ashi and through this episode we see what would have happened to ýýýý eventually if Jack didn't manage to pull her out of the sinking, drowning Darkness.
This also opens the possibility of character development for Aku but would have to read in a lot of lines. Maybe Aku isn't just one demon, maybe he is a collective if all demons. We will never know and that is sad because the story could have went so farther than just what we got.
