Symetrical to another show, but still very creative and original

Was so nice, I think I'll have to watch it twice. Man that was a bit confusing, but it is one of those types of things you have to watch a second time and say "ooooh, I get it, now!" This episode told a creative, unique, and thoughtful story and the idea was interesting and fresh. I'm happy as a fan that TDZ decided to go with something like this, definitely a breather from the same-ole murder mysteries we were accustomed to as of late.

At times it strongly reminded me of Quantum Leap, although the concept of the two shows did not have much more to do with each other storywise than any other episode of TDZ usually has. But watching Johnny walk through walls, have a sidekick, and leap from person to person just added to the similarities to the shows that were already present, like the way the show begins (explaining the story, getting a introduction teaser, followed by the music theme), the way they print the title of each episode in the opening title credits (something not many programs except for Quantum, TDZ, and the also similar Sliders do), and the fact that Johnny is placed in a new situation every week with different people and scenarios to change their future which he has some knowledge of.

But back to this particular episode, the Bruce "character" was funny in his role and I liked how Johnny was cool and collected in figuring out the situation he found himself in. Sara found herself in a stand-by-your-man role for Johnny that didn't quite make sense as she went and got herself married the first time she stood by him, but that's all I can really say about that without labeling this as a spoiler review.

I wish more DZ shows were created like this one. It brought me back to their original days, when they had episodes like Shaman and the one that was like Groundhog Day where he kept repeating the same vision of meeting a girl at a bar, or the Christopher Whey stuff.

For the record, adding up Sara's camera time for the whole season, Dana Bright still has more minutes than Sara's total this year. Sorry, needed to nitpick at something! Seriously, though, great stuff. Keep it up. Please!
