A great end to Series 4.

Jason Eglee is released from Prison, after a parole board finds him ready for society, when he's out, he chooses to get his conviction overturned, and prove the man who helped convict him, Tony Hill, was wrong.

It's a great end to Alex's first full series, it's another murky and grizzly storyline, but it's one with a difference, it almost feels as if Tony is on trial for a change.

It's an awesome episode from Green, he's at his best here, Tony is challenged, personally and professionally. Never without his blue carrier bag, I'd love to know what was in that bag, it's his thing.

Craig Conway is excellent as the villainous Eglee, he played the part rather well, at no point are you certain about him, he plays his part, it's a mystery through til the end.

The relationship between Tony and Alex is further strained, it was frosty to start with, and here it reaches another booking point, finally we see her prioritise him for a change. The boot is on the other foot here.

9/10.
