- Vala is kidnapped by agents of the Trust who are trying to find an ancient treasure when an accident causes her to forget who she is.

- Vala is kidnapped by the Goa'uld-dominated Trust while she is out for dinner with Daniel. The Goa'uld Athena believes that Vala has embedded in her memory a code that will allow her to decipher an ancient tablet. While the Goa'uld probe her memories, SGC mounts a rescue mission and Vala's memories are wiped clean. Not knowing who she is or where she's come from, Vala gets a job as a waitress in a diner. The SGC keep looking for her but when they finally locate their friend and colleague, she has no way to know if they're friends or enemies.—garykmcd
- While having dinner with Daniel in a fancy restaurant, Vala is kidnapped by Trust agents and delivered to the Goa'uld, Athena, who believes that Vala has repressed memories that can lead her to an Ancient treasure. The agents connect her to an alien machine, however, the SG-1, agents, and the police are looking for Vala, and when they find the Trust hideout and break in, the machine causes amnesia in Vala, who flees.
