Fez, Kelso and Hyde go to paint on the water tower as a graduation prank. Hyde and Kelso have a fight so Kelso falls down. Fez gets arrested. In the hospital Hyde and Kelso decide not to fight over Jackie but this doesn't work out all the way. Red accepts that Eric and Donna will be together but Kitty is upset she will not get to spend last 3 months with her son.
The Hyde and Kelso conflict is fun. Especially when Kelso falls from the tower and says that he thinks he fell. The scene of Fez's arrest was also great.
The best part though was Kitty letting it out on Red swearing at him. She was at her best there.
