I'm incredibly surprised I'm the first one to post a user review for this, especially as this episode, Pygmoelian debuted in 2000, just after the Y2K bug devastated the world kind of. Anyway, the main plot has Moe getting plastic surgery on his face and seeking revenge on those who humiliated him when he was plain Moe, such as Duff Man. The sticker scene on Duff Man was absolutely hilarious. However the ending of the main plot was a bit abrupt.
The subplot was kind of prescient, with Bart and Lisa chasing a runaway blow-up elephant balloon, which ended up in an ad agency trying a campaign slogan for gay republican presidential candidates.
