Lorelai and Christopher see Rory in action at Yale. They're super impressed. Chris tells Lorelai that he's having trouble keeping a nanny for Gigi. Lorelai offers to watch Gigi and realizes that Gigi is spoiled. She tells Christopher her thoughts and Christopher gets upset, doesn't want to hear it.
Rory goes to Honors wedding and hangs out with her and the bridesmaids while they get ready. She learns that some of the bridesmaids have hooked up with Logan, some were during the break that Logan and Rory recently had. She is crushed and doesn't attend the wedding. Afterwards, Logan comes looking for her and she tells him what happened. They get in a fight and break up.
Rory goes to the bar and sees Doyle. They're both drunk and silly and Doyle hits on Rory.
