It was a joke.

They take your average, mid-30's American male that eats garbage (witness him gorging on a cheeseburger at the beginning) and hasn't really exercised in over a decade. He looks like a pud and his wife is a domineering female dog in both looks and attitude.

Then they make him go 0-100 in one week. Testosterone and human growth hormone injections, tons of supplement pills, hardcore workouts and what I assume was a high-protein healthy diet.

And of course you shouldn't do that. You go healthy diet and working for 4 months+, then get testosterone if you want to get unnaturally large muscles. You don't go from killing your liver with a big juicy cheeseburger to getting injections and popping every supplement pill on the market.

He's actually kicking ass, even though his dumb ugly wife is getting jealous of his progress and his hot female cardio trainer.

He gets tests back from his regular doc saying his liver enzymes are elevated. His regular doc said supplements are probably causing it so he stops the, but keeps the test and HGH injections...until his sperm count drops to zero. Then his cow wife (who's already pumped out 2-3 kids) freaks out, we wanted another kid! Anything can cause liver enzymes to elevate- obesity, diabetes, fatty liver, tylenol, alcohol, supplements like NO-Explode (which you should cycle on and off of). And it's a known fact that when you take synthetic test that your natural production will stop (no sperm), and return when you stop cycling the fake stuff.
