This is another one of those episodes where there is something desired but to get it requires a series of events to take place. In this case, Colonel Potter confides that he loves tomato juice and Radar decides that as an act of kindness, he would like to provide him this treat each morning. Of course, these things always seem to go through Frank who must OK a two day trip for Klinger to Seoul. That will send a pair of nylons to Margaret. Margaret is all turned on because a general has invited her to a kind of gala event. All this eventually is disrupted when, in order to make things happen, Hawkeye forges a note from Frank, proposing to Margaret. She says yes but Frank has no idea what she is saying yes to. Anyway, all this leads to the final scene with Radar making his presentation.

Radar is very loyal as he seeks to fulfil Colonel Potter's desire for tomato juice, and mayhem ensues with a chain of favors that reaches to the top. In this episode, we learn the USA has reached a population of 150 million, so that's a fascinating factoid.
