So Jeff is gone. All because of that past votes rule. I can't say I'm a huge fan of the rule. It turns out they had been sitting on Kimmi blabbing about Jeff getting a vote for pretty much the whole game. The vote he got from Debb in episode one... very smart of them to listen and use that information.
