Sumo at Sea is a great episode from Survivor Palua.

At the reward challenge, Ulong and Koror were told to select one person to make some vital decisions for the entire team. The reason was that this person would choose which tools the tribe would obtain to use to build a bathroom survivor style. The winner would get the home depot team to show up at their camp and build them a new camp. Koror chose Ian because his dad worked construction or something. Ulong did not make a decision until Jeff Probst arrived, and this seemed to upset Probst. They finally decided on James since he worked in the Steel Mill. While working, Ulong experienced some issues. For one, Kim continued her lazy attitude and did not help much. Also James talked down to the women acting as if they did not know what they were doing with the tools. At Koror Tom acted as the leader which bugged Karyn. Also willard was upset at how Ian and Tom both always had to say positive things to people. When the judge for the bathrooms arrived at the camps they decided that Korors was better mainly because they were more creative and innovative, and possibly because Ulong was not entirely finished. This upset James greatly. The immunity challenge consisted of a tribe member from each tribe facing off on a platform using a pad to knock each other off. It came down to Coby against James for the winning point and Coby was able to knock James off and gave Koror immunity for a fourth straight time. At tribal council Ulong decided to vote off Kim mainly because she was lazy.

THis is a pretty good episode. It really outlined why each tribe was the way it was. Koror had an idea on who to make the leader and worked well. Also they had great belief in each other. I found it interesting how Karyn had issues with Tom being such a leader. She can shut up, Tom is a great leader and is a major reason why the tribe was so successful. Also willard was complaining about how Tom and Ian were too positive? I do not see why that is bad. Ulong did not work together as well, they could not even come up with a leader for the challenge right away which showed that they really have nobody willing to step up. James was typical chauvinistic red neck guy, really getting annoyed with him talking so much and not backing it up. Then at the immunity challenge he acted so arrogant and got destroyed by Coby in the sumo match. So overall it was a bad few days for James.
