Biggest 24 Twist Ever

The reveal of President Logan being begind all the days events is simply the biggest twist in 24 history. Nobody saw this coming as it was beautifully written and disguised. The episode itself was suspenseful and intense, just as 24 should be. This was definitely 24 at its best.

Oh man, nobody saw that coming

Jack is essentially back on the hunt for Henderson, but the episode plays more like tossing a hand grenade at an oil tanker. There is a lot going on here. CTU's in crisis as Homeland moves in and Bill gets the pink slip; Wayne Palmer's drawn back into the administration to foil a blackmail scheme; and Wayne and Jack get the drop on Henderson in a covert assault on an industrial complex. The last act is nothing but stealth takedowns; Jack goes full-on Metal Gear Solid.

Until the final shot, that is, when the real villain is unmasked; and it's precisely the person who has no business being involved in a terrorist plot (seriously, the guy was a total wuss not two hours ago!) Is it absurd? Absolutely. Effective rug-pull? Yeah, I'd say so. It's a show-stopping reveal that lays out the season's endgame like a ton of bricks.

Maybe Just a Little Shark Jumping

The main focus of this episode is Evelyn and Wayne who are working together to recover her kidnapped daughter from the terrorist. Jack enlists Wayne and they make it to a compound of some kind. Back at CTU, Audrey must sign an incriminating document which will diminish the leadership of CTU. She does this because in order to deal with the terrorist, she must keep Chloe beside her. At the end, we have a startling development.
